1. Agreement

By purchasing or accessing any product or service from HL Institute LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and HL Institute LLC.

2. Nature of Services

HL Institute LLC provides educational coaching services, digital courses, group coaching programs, and mastermind-style experiences focused on personal development and self-leadership.

All services are educational in nature.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice. Participation does not establish a therapist-client, medical, or clinical relationship.

If you require mental health treatment or crisis support, you agree to seek assistance from a licensed professional.

3. Digital Products

Digital products, including but not limited to courses, video trainings, downloadable materials, and educational bundles, provide immediate access to proprietary content.

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, no refunds will be issued.

Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or share materials without written permission.

4. 1-1 Coaching Sessions

Private coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the designated scheduling system.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are considered completed sessions.
• Late arrivals reduce session time.
• No-shows are forfeited.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for completed or missed sessions.

5. Group Coaching & Programs

Group programs and memberships provide access to scheduled calls, digital materials, and community participation as described at the time of purchase.

• Access continues while payments are current.
• We reserve the right to modify program structure, call frequency, or content at any time.
• We may reschedule group calls with reasonable notice.

We request participants respect confidentiality within group programs; however, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

6. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any program element at our discretion.

Such modifications do not create an obligation for refunds or credits.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, documents, frameworks, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of HL Institute LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, record, reproduce, republish, or share any content without written permission.

8. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

Your results depend on your personal effort, application, and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HL Institute LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, coaching services, and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
