Meet the Woman Behind Deal With Narcissists™

BRIT MORRIS

You’re probably on this page because you want to learn more about me.
But before I share my accomplishments, I want you to know this:

The calm and in-control person you see today is decades in the making.
Change doesn’t always come quickly — but change is absolutely possible.

I’m not going to pretend it was easy.
It wasn’t.
It was hard.

In 2012, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and living at the effect of narcissistic people. My mood, my day, and even my decisions were controlled by their behavior. I felt like I could barely get out of bed.

Everything shifted when I created one simple tool Do Not Let Them™.
It helped me take charge of my life, one moment at a time. And it led me here.

Fourteen years later,

I’ve helped over 30,000 people learn how to deal with narcissistic people in a way that is simple, achievable, and works in real life.
The same method that changed my life is now helping thousands reclaim their confidence, peace, and power and it can absolutely help you

What I’ve learned over the years is this:
You don’t need years of therapy or a perfect plan.
You just need to decide that where you are right now is not where you want to stay.

My hope is that the tools and training on this site help you make the changes you’ve wanted to make in your relationships and in your life.

With encouragement,

In case no one else tells you, let me be the one to say:

You have what it takes to feel calm, clear, and in control of your life again. To live a happy life.

I believe in you — and in your ability to change your life."
