In case no one else tells you, let me be the one to say:
You have what it takes to feel calm, clear, and in charge of your life again. To live a happy life.
I believe in you — and in your ability to change your life.
AS SEEN ON:
Hi, I’m Brit Morris, BCCC
Brit Morris is the creator of SNAP!™ — the Calm & In Charge tool — and the founder of Deal With Narcissists™, a leading resource helping individuals stay grounded, clear, and in control when navigating narcissistic behavior.
A Board-Certified Christian Counselor (BCCC) and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Specialist (CNAS), Brit has spent more than 15 years helping people break free from confusion, emotional overwhelm, and reactive cycles.
She is also the co-founder of the Healing Life Institute in Atlanta, Georgia — a respected private counseling practice recognized multiple years as a top counseling center in the cities it serves. Brit herself has been named a Top Counselor and Private Practice Provider, reflecting her deep expertise and trusted reputation within the community.
Brit’s work has reached more than 30,000 people across six continents, and her SNAP!™ Calm & In Charge Tool has become a widely used method for reducing emotional reactivity, strengthening boundaries, and responding to manipulative behavior with clarity and confidence.
Her approach blends practical psychology, trauma-informed tools, and simple daily practices that work in real time — especially for those recovering from emotionally abusive or high-conflict relationships. Clients consistently describe her guidance as clear, practical, and life-changing.
Brit has also appeared on Good Day Atlanta (click here to watch video) and co-created the Luv4Wrd™ initiative with her son — a compassion project supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in Atlanta. Their work has partnered with organizations such as Sysco, Arby’s, The Arthur M. Blank Foundation, Mercy Care, Hosea Feed the Hungry, and more.
Brit is on a mission to change the way the world understands and responds to narcissistic behavior — helping people protect their peace, reclaim their confidence, and build lives grounded in strength, stability, and emotional freedom. She is committed to making mental and emotional health simple and accessible for everyone, while breaking long-standing generational patterns in the process.
What I Believe
-
You don’t have to stay stuck in confusion or fear.
-
You don’t have to walk on eggshells anymore.
-
You don’t have to lose everything to get your life back.
Healing begins when you stop trying to fix the narcissist — and start focusing on your own emotional freedom.
