2. Nature of Services

HL Institute LLC provides coaching, educational programs, digital courses, and group experiences designed to support personal growth and self-leadership.

All services are educational and coaching-based in nature.

Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal advice, and participation does not create a therapist-client relationship.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please seek support from a licensed professional or appropriate provider.

3. Program Access

Access to programs, group calls, digital materials, and communities is provided as described at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, replace, or discontinue program elements at our discretion.

Access is personal and non-transferable.

4. 1-1 Coaching Sessions

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are considered completed sessions.
  • Late arrivals reduce session time.
  • No-shows are forfeited.

5. Group Programs & Memberships

• Group sessions occur on scheduled dates.
  • We may reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
  • Membership access continues while payments are current.
  • We may modify program structure at any time.

We cannot guarantee confidentiality of other participants in group settings.

6. Digital Products

Digital products provide immediate access to proprietary materials.

All digital sales are final.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, coaching services, and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, documents, frameworks, and trademarks are the intellectual property of HL Institute LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, record, reproduce, or share materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HL Institute LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
